The occupational health team and adjustments team have recently merged to form a single entity that aims to support employees and managers in occupational health matters and in the implementation of workplace adjustments. We expect an upward trend in the team’s breadth and depth of support provided to staff and managers.

For 2024 and beyond, our aim is to further strengthen the arrangements we have in place for operational delivery; secure enhanced contract management arrangements; establish and implement a communications strategy; and seek out engagement opportunities with public sector organisations.
