Job description

As a Team Support Officer, you’ll be at the centre of our operations, ensuring that things run smoothly and efficiently.  Here’s an idea of what you’ll be doing:

Your Responsibilities:-

  • Customer Communication: You’ll engage with various customers, organisations and suppliers, handling queries face-to-face, by email and over the phone.
  • Meeting Support: You’ll provide essential support at internal and external meetings, including setting up agendas, scheduling appointments and taking notes.
  • Drafting Documents: You’ll write documents and letters that are clear and professional.
  • Event Planning: You’ll arrange and coordinate events and ensure things run smoothly.
  • Data Management: You’ll handle spreadsheets and databases with precision and accuracy.
  • Financial Processing: You’ll process financial payments, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Collaborating with Others: You’ll work closely with other teams within your business area as needed to support operations.

These roles are available on a permanent basis, but we are also offering the opportunity for inward secondments and inward loans for a maximum period of up to 2 years.  

A reserve list will be held for this opportunity. Any candidate who is successful in being offered a reserve status, will remain on the reserve list for 12 months.
