Working in a team with Chris Lee our Assistant Director, the Financial Systems Integration Lead Project Manager position will play a critical role in leading the integration of a new digital platform supporting the Help to Buy programme. The role will support the design and delivery of a key strategic project within Help to Buy. This is an exciting and ambitious project to get involved with and this is an excellent opportunity to balance day to day project delivery whilst bringing innovative solutions to ensure the delivery of an end to end services in a timely and cost effective manner.
Person specification
Whilst our day job is to deliver first class customer service to our stakeholders on Help to Buy, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.
You'll be comfortable supporting the project with complex digital and operational issues, aiming to resolve delivery blockers in a timely manner. You will be proficient in understanding the end to end aspects of delivering a complex digital system integration and the management of the interdependencies across multiple workstreams.
Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn’t always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as a project delivery team. You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.
As an experienced project professional, you’ll understand how to manage colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
