As we embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in this transformation.

This is not just another implementation. This is a greenfield implementation, a unique opportunity to be part of a project that will shape the future of energy regulation in the UK. Your work will directly contribute to making Ofgem more efficient, impacting the energy industry and benefiting everyone across the United Kingdom.

In this role, you will be the bridge between our current processes and the future we envision. You will also be responsible for documenting stakeholder analysis, current state analysis, gap analysis, and user acceptance test plans.

One of your key responsibilities will be to elicit and document user stories that capture the needs and goals of our users. You will translate these user stories into requirements.
