Job summary

Working in a team with Chris Morrow, Pension Manager, the Senior Pension Administrator will play a critical role in the administration of pension provision across Homes England. You will be joining our small but highly skilled team, who are committed to delivery an excellent service to Homes England.

Chris believes in delivering a first-class customer service to colleagues within Homes England, as well as the Scheme’s members, in relation to pension services. Chris believes in working in a collaborative way to foster good decision making and problem solving within their team.

Working with key stakeholders and a professional pension team you will ensure efficient, consistent and effective resolution of all pension queries across Homes England.  

 

Person specification

Whilst our day job is to deliver first class customer service to our pension scheme members, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.

 

You'll be comfortable supporting the Pension Manager with complex pension issues as well as working with a variety of different stakeholders.

 

As an experienced pension professional you’ll understand how to manage colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
