Job summary

This role has opened up for an experienced marketer with a strategic mind-set and “hands-on" campaign delivery expertise, to support the creation and execution of marketing activity with the aim of increasing tourism value for England. 

Working as part of the Global Marketing division with a focus on England, you will be part of a matrix team delivering impactful B2B and B2C communications, supporting England’s tourism industry with the tools they need and building demand to drive value back into the industry post-Covid.

You will work with and develop your two-line reports to deliver key elements of the marketing plan across all channels, customising your approach depending on need. You will set KPIs, deliver brand consistency across the customer journey and embed new ways of working with the team.

You will also help to establish a new brand proposition for England and its customers and help ensure that we develop all channels and lead on delivery tactical domestic campaigns to present a clear and consistent message to our customers.

 Internally and externally, you will engage and listen to the industry and champion the cause of England. You will be a catalyst for change and challenge the market teams and the wider marketing team to explore creative and innovative ways to deliver for these markets. You will be a leader and drive excellence in the marketing team, and ensure England is consistently on the agenda of the senior management team.
