Job summary

Create and oversee the paid media and customer engagement marketing strategies to maximise income and brand engagement. Analyse customer behavioural and buying data as well as sales trends, Google Analytics data, media data and market research to create actionable insight for your end-to-end marketing customer journey mapping and conversation rate optimisation (CRO) plans. Being our expert in CRO within marketing journeys you will support the wider Marketing and Membership team to embed this approach in plans to drive ticket sales, brand and cause engagement, fundraising income, retail sales and other goals. 

Job description

You will own and oversee the delivery of the media strategy across all paid channels with a particular focus on paid search, paid social, display, programmatic and out of home. You will oversee the email marketing programme and be a subject matter expert for our Marketing tool, D365 Marketing and its integration with membership, ticketing, CRM, single basket and all the other parts of our connected tech stack.

Person specification

You will have exceptional experience of creating and delivering performance marketing strategies within a commercial environment. Your proven skills in proactively analysing data and creating test and learn plans to optimise marketing activity across paid media and email will be essential to this role. You will be experienced in working with CRM systems, proactive in creating opportunities, driven by innovation and be comfortable working in a matrix team environment.
