Job summary

Our People and Talent team support all our departments globally offering support and advice through a structure operating model that enables great service to all.

As Security and Estates Manager, you will provide a collaborative, inspiring, safe, resilient, efficient, and cost-effective working environment for all staff in our UK and Overseas Offices ensuring staff remain safe and secure across all our global locations.

As an international employer, ensuring our staff are safe and informed of local security risks and local requirements prior to travel is imperative and developing key relationships with location hosts and ambassadors is essential.

You will have strong technical FM skills overseeing an efficient, safe, and effective business as usual operation across all locations, including extensive experience of business continuity planning and crisis management. Experience working with HR, IT, and infrastructure teams as well as key overseas government stakeholders.

The role will have a proactive function in the location and implementation of the new VBVE Birmingham Hub and associated ‘spokes’ as we transition away from dedicated London offices.
