You will effectively manage a small team of  Resourcing Support Advisors and Resourcing Support Officers,  who deliver key tasks and services, which supports candidate onboarding experience.

You will ensure regular updates are made to the customer relationship management (CRM) system by working closely with the HR (Human Resources) Operations Digital Products Lead, in order to produce accurate and up to date documents, which supports the effectiveness and efficiency of your team.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • You will be responsible for leading a small team and ensuring the delivery of Ad-hoc recruitment, contracts, governance processes (especially the CSC Principles, GDPR etc), and Contingent Labour processes.
  • You will develop your team to support the Department for Transport and its Executive Agencies to ensure DRG provides expert advice, and an excellent value add customer service.
  • Support your team by sharing your knowledge and expertise to ensure the effective delivery of day-to-day recruitment services for our customers.
  • Monitor and support your team to action key priorities, day to day general queries and project tasks within designated time limits.
  • Represent DRG as a trusted partner by delivering upfront customer engagement and providing expert advice and recommendations.
  • Analyse, review, and monitor recruitment Management Information to identify trends and potential areas of improvement and where appropriate, alert Resourcing Partners and Senior Leadership Team.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in recruitment guidance or policy and processes, aiming to achieve an overall reduction in time to hire and continuous improvement in the quality of hire.
  • To link in with key stakeholders where project improvements could potentially impact their process, carry out consultations and build solid working relationships.

For an in-depth insight into the role please refer to the Role Profile.

As a Resourcing Partner you will use your experience and knowledge of recruitment processes, polices and governance to lead a small team to provide an excellent recruitment service for our customers. Using your interpersonal and communication skills, you will influence and motivate others at all levels within the Department and drive outcomes. You will have experience of delivering and maintaining a high-quality service level to stakeholders whilst working at pace and with volume. You will have excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex situations conceptually and provide workable solutions for a range of stakeholders.
