Team information
The Regulatory Policy team develop and deliver a range of policy projects across the rail industry. This includes leading ORR’s internal policy profession, working with colleagues across ORR on sustainable development and environment policy and assessing the effectiveness of Network Rail’s stakeholder engagement.
Job description
Job Purpose
The Regulatory Policy Manager will both lead on and support a variety of policy projects, which help to deliver ORR’s wider organisational objectives.
You will be a self-starter who can use initiative to solve problems which contributes to the successful delivery of projects you are working on.
You will have previous experience and understanding of public policy and/or regulation, and of managing projects. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across ORR and the rail industry.
This role requires taking a flexible approach to help ORR deliver obligations on a range of rail policy projects and you may be required to work wider across the organisation with colleagues across different functional teams as projects develop.
