Recruitment Partner

£28,498 per annum

1 Year Fixed Term Contract

Full-time

Can be based at Polaris House, Swindon or Rutherford Appleton Laboratory (RAL), Oxfordshire.  Hybrid working options are available.

About the Role:

You will provide advice and assistance on recruitment solutions to enable our hiring managers to carry out all recruitment activity, while also ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

 

Working within the UKRI HR team, the main role of the Recruitment Partner is to provide recruitment advice, managing and completing the transactional elements of the recruitment process and support to Hiring Managers and Senior Recruitment Partners to ultimately ensure UKRI are best placed to attract suitable candidates and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Person specification

You will need:

  • Experience from within a recruitment environment
  • To be highly organised with strong administration experience with excellent MS Office Skills
  • The ability to establish relationships with a wide range of colleagues and collaborators
  • To be adaptable to change
