Job summary

We are looking for a leader with experience of motivating and organising colleagues to regularly meet high standards in a demand led public service role.  People management is an integral part of this role and previous experience in this area is essential. You will be responsible for ensuring that your teams meet development and agreed performance targets.

With an innovative approach, you will collate and provide statistical analysis of production information, facilitate trials and implementation of new practices into existing routines. You will gather and respond to feedback from staff and external users of our service.  You will be an adaptable and well-organised individual, with a talent for meeting challenges and responding favourably to change in a fast-moving environment.

  • Demonstrable evidence of gaining acceptance of complex processes or new initiatives, with the ability to advocate for change.
  • Ability to explain complex issues/ideas logically, clearly, and persuasively.
