Based in the DVLA in Swansea, as our Talent and Learning Support Officer you will work with two other administrative officers to provide full administrative support for managers, from co-ordinating courses and learning events to engaging with both internal and external colleagues and stakeholders to managing multiple inboxes.

We are able to observe tangible outcomes which makes this role extremely rewarding and worthwhile.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Providing full administrative support and co-ordination for all Civil Service Learning courses to include arranging dates and delegates, cancellations, substitutes, waiting lists, course materials, room bookings and the updating and monitoring of the training bookings databases.

  • Supporting the work of the Talent and Learning Delivery Manager by providing administration and co-ordination for learning events, Agency wide programmes, articles, and the creation and broader circulation of communication items in line with directorate processes and procedures.
