Wakehurst is looking for an enthusiastic, part-time Marketing & Communications Assistant to join the Marketing & Strategic Communications Group. You will be given support throughout and encouraged to grow your skills and confidence for an exciting career journey. With a particular focus on providing crucial support to the team, this will be an extremely varied role, covering marketing, communications and interpretation.Job description
Your contribution to our work will include a wide range of creative elements from compiling press cuttings and preparing photoshoot briefs to creating social media posts and content. This role will be vital in helping us reach wide and diverse physical and digital audiences, to build brand awareness and entice visits to Wakehurst, Kew's wild botanic garden in Sussex.Person specification
No previous experience is needed, though you will be required to have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and be open to learning new skills. Being organised and working well as part of team will also be a great start.Benefits
