Job summary

We are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Assistant role within the Estate department. The Maintenance Assistants are a vital role within the Estate Team, providing support to the wider team and stakeholders across the RBKG.

This is a key role within the department that will interface with a number of teams and departments across the organisation and will be focused on building Estates excellence, delivering excellent service supporting the aims and objectives of the Estates department as a whole.

Job description

You should bring with you the skills to provide, basic building fabric and plumbing maintenance through Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance tasks and a willingness to learn new skills.

Person specification

You will need to have proven experience of using small industrial/electrical/mechanical tools and equipment. Along with knowledge of health and safety procedures.

You are required to hold GCSE standard or equivalent for education.
