About the role

This is an exciting time for HMCTS, and, as Data Insight Manager within the HR Operations Team, you will work very closely with HR Business Partners, Head of Directors’ Office, Senior Management Team (SMT) and report directly to the Strategic Workforce Planning and Insight Manager. This role is as diverse as it is dynamic, seeking a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need to have strong organisational skills, with a flair for clear communication and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with people at all levels. If you’re driven by passion with a desire to make a difference, this is your chance to leave a mark on HMCTS and beyond.

The role of the Data Insight Manager encompasses several key aspects (but not limited to):

  • Support management of the Insight Data Team and the Insight products that they deliver.  This includes managing resources to deliver monthly MI products and developing bespoke Insight products in response to specific Insight Data queries.
  • Managing the HR Data Sources in partnership with MoJ Analytical Services Division to ensure HR data is cleansed and available to HR in a timely manner.  This includes developing the monthly HR dashboard which is presented to HMCTS SMT monthly.
  • Understanding the requirements of customers across HMCTS to drive changes and improvements to people utilisation/experience and the implications of this within the context of the wider business and the translation of these into insight requirements.
  • Identifying the correct qualitative and quantitative data and information sources that will underpin the required insights and ensuring these are utilised fully.

Please refer to the attached role profile for a comprehensive overview of the role.
