Job Purpose
In this apprenticeship role, you will be working as part of a busy HR Operations team focusing primarily on the following areas:
- Support the proactive coordination and administration of the recruitment cycle, working closely with HR colleagues and hiring managers to provide a proactive, professional, legally compliant and high-quality service in relation to the coordination and scheduling of all recruitment activities.
- Support the delivery of transactional HR processes for own areas using Oracle HCM, covering the full span of the employee life cycle, from processing onboarding and exits to processing contractual changes, ensuring accurate records and filing.
- Provide first line resolution support for HR and recruitment general enquiries, liaising with colleagues and escalating as required.
