About us

HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is responsible for the administration of criminal, civil and family courts and tribunals in England and Wales. Our roles support our service users and colleagues, where people and businesses access potentially life-changing justice.  We’re looking for individuals who are committed to public service and want to make a difference in people’s lives in delivering justice.

HMCTS has embarked on a period of significant change, funded by an investment of £1bn, which will see the organisation transform and deliver a world class justice system. This is a once in a generation opportunity to transform the service in a manner that provides an improved user experience at reduced cost to the taxpayer. It will contribute to consolidating the UK’s position at the forefront of an increasingly competitive international legal market as well as ensuring access to justice for all.  If you’re interested in developing a career with a real purpose, please apply.
