Job summary

Our People and Talent team support all of our departments globally offering support and advice through a structure operating model that enables great service to all.

The Head of People Operations will develop, lead, and empower a multi-functional team whilst proactively engaging with a multi-cultural organisation. The role spans the full breadth of People and Talent including, but not limited to, reward and compensation, pay including payroll, government insights, risk and audit, recruitment, employee relations, inclusion and diversity, benefits, organisational design, workplace health and safety and learning. A key focus will be to enhance our People service and functionality to the organisation, ensuring that it remains at the forefront of best practice through our People Operations and Business Partnering model.

The Head of People Operations is a credible leader with expert HR knowledge, and proven relationship building/management. They will lead our journey towards greater self-service, more automation, better data, and more standardised approaches to processes.

The post holder will engage and influence key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation and within our sponsor department providing strategic leadership to develop and deploy HR solutions across the full employee life cycle that enables high performance.
