We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us as Head of Learning and Participation at Wakehurst to help deliver the mission of The Royal Botanic Gardens Kew, as the world leader for public engagement with plant science, horticulture, conservation, biodiversity and nature as it impacts on people’s lives.

Job description

As a member of the Wakehurst leadership team, you will play a key part in delivering the Kew manifesto at Wakehurst through the Wakehurst Story, site wide masterplan and business plan focusing on our people at the heart of this plan.

Alongside this you will bring our staff and audiences to the heart of our scientific research through the people and wellbeing area of the  programme.

Person specification

We are looking for someone who can provide leadership and vision across Wakehurst for Learning and Participation, working closely with the Head of Learning and Participation at Kew Gardens, to ensure best practice is shared across both sites and programmes deliver Kew’s Manifesto for Change.
