Job summary

The Head of Brand & Content will lead BTA’s Destination Brand & Content strategy, developing and executing brand strategy for the Great Britain & England destination brands and leading a global team of talent individuals to create and curate compelling visual and verbal content for integrated marketing delivery.

You will act as Brand Guardian and lead the organisation in applying and ensuring brand consistency through all marketing and communications activity and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and engagement bringing to life the story of a welcoming, dynamic, diverse Britain.

Your job is to own and drive our brand and content strategy and associated budgets for the Great Britain and England destination brands. You will need to navigate multiple stakeholders and drive a global team to deliver compelling always-on content and world class campaign creative.

You will need to be an excellent marketeer. A clear thinker who uses data and insight to develop strategy and inspires others to deliver. Brilliant at problem solving and bridging the asks from government, industry, and our customers, you will sit at the heart of our storytelling.
