Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for three ambitious, committed, and proactive individuals to lead operational teams in a customer focused environment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring your team delivers against agreed outcomes, supporting the Agency to continue to achieve excellence in customer service. 

  • You will manage a team, overseeing the input of driving licence applications to ensure accuracy. You will organise schedules, staff and resources to enable the team to meet performance targets.
  • You and your team will work shifts from 15:30 – 23:30, weekdays only.
  • You will coach and advise your team on procedures, investigate and resolve complaints, and identify better working practices to drive continuous improvement. Building positive working relationships with customers and stakeholders will be a key focus in order to maintain and improve service.
  • Using Microsoft Excel, you will compile reports on statistics and data incidents.

  • Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Evaluating and monitoring systems, issues, risks and advise all relevant stakeholders so that they can be resolved in a timely manner.
