We’re looking for someone who combines experience in secure mobile technologies with strong communication and customer service skills. Ideally, you will already be working as an EUC analyst or in a Desktop Engineer role. Either way, you’ll have a Microsoft MCA or equivalent qualification in an IT-related subject and proven expertise in creating knowledge-based articles. Other areas of experience we’re looking for include:

• Microsoft technologies

You will also enjoy excellent support for career progression, including training on all the latest Microsoft desktop technologies to help you keep up to speed. Then there’s all the benefits we offer. Excellent work-life balance. Flexible working opportunities. On-site OFSTED-registered nursery. Civil Service pension. And lots more. In short, it’s your job bigger.
