Team Background:
The eDiscovery Operations is part of the eDiscovery Team at the SFO and is responsible for facilitating and promoting the effective use of the document review platforms used by the SFO to review material.
Purpose of the post:
The team works closely with the case teams, supporting their use of the review platforms through the various stages of their investigation. In addition, the eDiscovery Operations Team works alongside other members of the eDiscovery Team, Materials Management and the Digital Forensic Unit to ensure material is delivered to the case teams in a time efficient manner.
The purpose of this role is to provide application and business process support to the case teams and to assist them in making the best use of the review platforms. You will assist with the coordination of data processing, ensuring that material is appropriately handled, loaded into the platforms and ultimately released for review. You will also assist case teams with the construction and running of keyword and metadata searches within the platforms.

As an eDiscovery Support Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Providing specialist application and business process support to operational business areas
- Taking ownership of end user problems and facilitating escalation of complex issues to third line support and/or third party suppliers where necessary
- Capturing service incidents and requests and recommending remedial action
- Advocating the use of best practice processes throughout the document review and production process
- Assisting operational business areas and the EHMO with processing and releasing to review of both digital and hard copy material
