  • Advise teams to follow governance and delivery processes, ensuring consistency, compliance and quality across all projects and programmes.
  • Provide support to stakeholders, helping them to understand the performance of work and any related risks.
  • Support more senior portfolio managers and demonstrate leadership in making advancements to execute strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

In return, we can offer you:

  • Access to new and emerging technologies.
  • Varied projects developed in a cloud-first environment.
  • Support and investment to further your training and development.
  • Flexible and hybrid working supporting a healthy work-life balance.

Person specification

We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated individual who is highly organised and forward-thinking. Excellent communication skills are a must, as well as strong analytical abilities to interpret data and report findings. An eye for detail is crucial, as you will need to identify risks and propose solutions. A solid understanding of agile methodologies is also essential.

To thrive in this role you will be a collaborative worker who can create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Adaptable and flexible, you will be able to work at pace whilst maintaining and providing a high quality of work with a focus on attention to detail.
