The role
We’re recruiting a content designer for Prisons Digital, which is part of Justice Digital, to work on a new Intelligence Management Service.
This role will be in our Security and Intelligence service area in Prisons Digital. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering an Intelligence Management Service (IMS), which will help us to better collect, analyse and share intelligence across prison and probation services.
The quality of the intelligence we collect and our effectiveness in managing it is key to identifying and managing risks and threats. This helps us to ensure the security and safety of prisons, and the protection of the public.
We are replacing a legacy intelligence system with a new service that better meets the needs of users and the business. Users of our service include frontline operational prison staff, as well as intelligence specialists.
You will use evidence to inform content decisions and make complicated tasks simpler so that everyone can understand them. You will need to identify different types of users and different factors to take into account all of their needs.
This is 1 of 2 content designer roles we are advertising at the moment, and we are happy for people to apply for both (please note the different level of security clearance required for each role).
See the other role, working on replacing the Home Detention Curfew product here: https://www.jobtrain.co.uk/justicedigital/Job/JobDetail?jobid=266
