We are now looking for an Associate Performance Analyst to join our Digital, Data and Technology team to help us to achieve this.

You will join our award-winning Digital, Data and Technology Directorate which is the in-house IT division at the heart of the move to a digital, data-driven organisation with the ambition to provide our customers with cutting-edge digital services.

HM Land Registry's existing software systems and services form part of the critical national infrastructure, safeguarding land and property ownership valued at £7 trillion. This enables over £1 trillion worth of personal and commercial lending to be secured against property across England and Wales.

Job description

You will join the growing Performance Analysis practice in HM Land Registry (HMLR). In this role you will support in analysing the performance of digital services provided by the Digital, Data and Technology directorate. You will support Performance Analysts and Senior Performance Analysts analysing data and presenting the resulting analysis to a range of stakeholders across the directorate. This analysis will be used to assess the performance of our digital services and inform iterative service improvement. You will also help deliver management information in the directorate.

Person specification

To meet the requirements of this role, you will have experience in undertaking analysis and providing insight. You will understand core analytical techniques and have experience of applying them. You will understand the appropriate media to communicate your findings, and shape and share your communication appropriately for your audience. You will have experience in collecting, collating, and preparing data for analysis, and be able to explore and analyse data using coding languages or have the ability to learn them.

Selection process details

This vacancy is using Success Profiles (opens in a new window), and will assess your Behaviours, Strengths, Experience and Technical skills.

You will be asked to complete a short application form in the first instance and sit the Civil Service Numerical test. Ideally you should take the test no later than midday on 31 January 2024 to allow for the next stage of the application process.
