Selection process details

This vacancy is using Success Profiles (opens in a new window), and will assess your Behaviours.

Applications will be sifted on all Behaviours, but in the event of a significant number of applications, an initial sift will be conducted on the lead 2 Behaviours: (Working together and Delivering at Pace). In this instance the remaining elements will be tested at interview.

Applicants should provide specific examples of the behaviours being tested. It may be helpful to use the STAR format for answers - Situation, Task, Action and Result - with the bulk of the answer in the Action area demonstrating what the applicant's actions were and how they contributed to the completion of the task. Applicants are strongly recommended to use the maximum 250 words per statement to provide the required evidence.

Application sifting is scheduled to take place within two weeks of the closing date and all applicants will be notified of the results via CS Jobs. Applicants successful at sift will be invited to interview and a minimum of 2 full working days notice will be provided. We endeavour to stick to these timings, but they are subject to change around business needs.
