About the job

Job summary

Working in a team with our Investments Accounting Senior Manager, the Help to Buy Accounting Manager will play a critical role in accounting for and reporting on the Agency’s Help to Buy asset portfolio. The Help to Buy portfolio was valued at £18.9bn as at 31st March 2023 and represents a significant proportion of the Agency’s Statement of Financial Position. The judgements and assumptions applied to the valuation are therefore critical towards ensuring the Agency produces materially accurate financial statements.

Job description

It would also include production of regular reporting to be presented to senior governance forums.

There will also be the opportunity to be involved in other key projects, including supporting the development of new systems.
