Location: National at any HMCTS site.
Based on current ways of working, work location is likely to be a combination of working from home and from the office, dependent on business needs.

About the role
As part of the Judicial Pay and Expenses Team you will process fee and expenses payrolls and control and maintain the Access Expense System for judicial fees, expenses and witness and appellant costs arising from Courts and Tribunals. You will manage training, guidance, communications, and feedback on the Access Expense system. You will perform reconciliation of payrolls and manage emergency payments. You will produce management information, financial reports, and analysis on a regular and ad hoc basis.
Person Specification
- Previous experience of payrolls and/or pension work is desirable.
- Confident working with Excel and able to handle large quantities of data and run reports to provide statistical and financial data identifying trends or significant issues.
- Excellent stakeholder management at all levels.
- Experience of managing people.
- Investigate formal complaints and manage them to resolution, escalating policy issues to senior managers as appropriate.
